Backspot

The AI that runs a gym's WhatsApp. It answers every enquiry in seconds, books tours around the clock, and brings staff in when a conversation needs them. Started inside a client build; now its own company, in private beta with its first gyms.

  • Meta WhatsApp Cloud API
  • Private beta

Client — field services

Gas Heat Flow

A booking and payment platform for a London heating firm. Customers get an instant postcode-based quote, pick a visit window, and pay by card. Bookings finalise by signed webhook even if the tab closes, and the owner runs it all from his own dashboard.

  • Zone pricing engine
  • Stripe checkout + webhooks
  • Capacity-limited slots

Client — one organisation, one stack

One True Message

A UK charity that runs its whole digital operation on our builds: five public sites, two WhatsApp AI assistants, an AI video pipeline and the dashboards behind them. One of those sites has shipped over twenty thousand free books with automated WhatsApp order tracking.

Gervais

AI that reads a car dealership's supplier invoices. Vision extraction places every field on the scanned page, staff verify by clicking highlights on the original document, and approved invoices queue straight into the dealer's accounting system.

  • Gemini vision extraction
  • Click-to-verify overlays
  • Accounting queue + review flags

( What we take on )

A

Websites that take bookings and payments

Design, build and deployment. Booking flows, instant quoting, checkout, owner dashboards. The Gas Heat Flow platform above is the reference: postcode pricing, capacity-limited slots, webhook-hardened Stripe checkout.

B

Dashboards and internal tools

Inboxes, pipelines, invoicing, analytics. Software shaped to how the business actually runs, from AI invoice reading with click-to-verify highlights to a video production pipeline that cuts its own shorts.

C

WhatsApp automation and AI agents

Assistants on the official WhatsApp Business API that answer customers, track orders against live systems, and know when to hand over to a person. Three businesses run their WhatsApp on these builds.

Engagements are simple. You get a fixed written quote, a deposit starts the work, and the balance lands on delivery. Monthly plans keep things hosted, watched and improved. You own what we build for you.

( The studio )

Abū Khubz أبو خبز is Arabic for “father of bread”. It's a promise about the software we make: the tools a business eats every day.

The studio is one person in England, building with modern AI tooling and shipping fast. Small on purpose: you talk to the person who designs it, builds it and answers for it. Most of the work arrives by referral from the builds in the index.
